General Surgery - Left Hand Pathology (2006)
This was given to me by DrThrash a month ago (or so). When I saw it, I didn't hink it was anything very special, but this week I decided to listen to it... and man, it just crushed me. It's a mighty album which is highly influenced by early Carcass, so you can expect some heavy goregrind, but with a death metal twist. You've got to check it out if you're a Carcass fan, or just a fan of goregrind/death metal.
