Después del excelente Make love and war, ORE volvió a la carga con este título en 2003 celebrando los diez años de la agrupación y lo hizo de la mejor manera, pues CCCP es un trabajo donde la obsesión por el placer carnal se pasea por cada uno de los temas y donde Thomas Petterson vierte toda esa poesía maldita y nihilista que tan bien sabe hacer dando lugar a un dark-folk soberbio e impactante, no por lo estruendoso sino por la perfección lograda a través de la ritual conjunción entre la voz de Thomas, sus versos y la ubicua melodía.
La intro del disco es majestuosa, épica y la antesala perfecta para lo que viene después, la impresionante Sheep for a Lifetime, or Lion for a Day. Aunque Thomas siempre diga que su música es egoísta y totalmente personal, en Sheep... nos plantea una pregunta y se une al "nosotros" ¿ovejas con vida eterna o leones por un día? abraza los cambios de hoy para al día siguiente ser un traidor. Luego, en Remember Depravity, and the Orgies of Rome brindamos por el placer, por la carne, la lujuria. Recuerda los excesos del ayer y bebe en nombre de ellos.
Y no sigo más, el resto del disco descúbranlo y valórenlo ustedes. Háganse parte de sus elegantes versos y deleitense.

Historia:
Deine Lakaien en un grupo de Darkwave compuesto pot el volcalista Alexander Veljanov y el compositor, pianista y percusionista, de educación musical clásica, Ernst Horn. La banda comenzó en 1985 con un anuncio de Ernst Horn en la sección de clasificados de una revista ("Se necesita vocalista al que le guste experimentar"). La mayoría de las grabaciones de la banda has sido publicadas por Chrom Records, aunque algunos de sus más recientes álbumes lo han sido por Sony y EMI. Las ventas del grupo superan el medio millón de unidades.

Ernst Horn estudió música clásica en Friburgo y Hamburgo, y dirijía y tocaba el piano en Munich mientras que Veljanov asistía a clases de cine y teatro.

El nombre Deine Lakaien (traducido como "Sus siervos") proviene de una canción de Einsturzende Neubauten.

Veljanov ha sacado además dos álbumes en solitario, así como uno con su banda de rock Run Run Vanguard, y Ernst Horn fundó dos bandas de, Qntal y Helium Vola, aunque ya no es miembro de Qntal. También compone música para producciones teatrales y obras en radio.

Su último álbum, "April Skies", nació a través de la cooperación con los músicos de la gira "White Lies": B. Deutung (chelo), Ivee Leon (violín, voz), Sharifa (violín, voz) y Robert Wilcocks (guitarrás, teclados).

Hocico - Born To Be [Hated] CDM (2004)

Dando un vistazo por wikipedia me he fijado de cuantas maneras se le conoce hoy en día al EBM con voces/sonidos distorsionados y agresivos (agresividad tanto lírica –muy explicita- como por el ritmo), que al comienzo por obvias y prácticas razones solo llamábamos: Harsh-EBM, ahora tienen nombres mas específicos descriptivamente: Aggrotech (combinación de Agresividad y Techno), Terror EBM, Hellektro (Combinación de la palabra Infierno en ingles y Elektro), Endzeit (Ciencia Ficción Apocalíptica y Post Apocalíptica) Elektro, etc pueden visitarla y poner dichas palabras clave para conocer sus conceptos a profundidad.
Por supuesto que todas esas definiciones me parecen acertadas, yo estoy a favor de las etiquetas ya que nos sirven de orientación a la hora de presentar, querer conocer un grupo o relacionarlos, mas aún cuando siempre es la primera vez para alguien, así que es por eso que ahora les traigo a un representante latinoamericano de todo lo que han leído arriba: Hocico quienes nos brindaron en el 2004 un maxi single lleno de una ira desafiante: Nací para ser (Odiado), disfrutenlo.

Mortician - Zombie Apocalypse (1998)

This stuff is death/grind to horror movie fans! The vocals are very, very low guttural growls , and I've heard quite a few myself, so I mean this is really butal (don't even try understanding them) There are lot's of samples added from horror movies, which really give that sick/brutal feeling to the music. There's also a drum machine, that often get's stuck to ridicoulusly fast, and sometimes you can't even follow where the song is going at the moment. Quite sick stuff, but not bad if you're open minded.

Well one day as I was surfing the channels, I stopped on VH1, seeing a group of people drawing graffiti, and being a fan of art and visuals I stopped and looked at it. As I watched I saw that it was John Mayer's new video, "Waiting On The World To Change." I fell in love with the song as I watched (I added it to my Top 20) and I decided to post it for all my music lovers out there. I don't know how to describe the song except with one word...beautiful. Yeah yeah that seems kind of weird. A black teenager calling a white mans song, about the world and the state of mind its at, beautiful. But the song really is. Check it out! I think I'm a die hard John Mayer fan now...shawty lol. Also my dog John Mayer has recently worked with T.I. on his upcoming album, playing the paino for T.I.'s first single of the album so be on the look out for that.

This is Bow Wow's first single off of his fifth album "The Price of Fame." It features the "IT" guy Chris Brown. I think it'll be another Top 10 hit for Bow Wow and Chris Brown just because of who they are lol, but the song is pretty good. I like it. I might put it on my Top 20. Check it out! Okay Kelis is definitely bringing that heat and hooking up with Bone Crusher was a good idea. I read somewhere that this is a track that didnt make Kelis' album "Kelis Was Here," and then I heard that this is a track from Bone Crusher's upcoming album "The M.A.S.H." which would make since because Bone Crusher is mostly heard in the song. I don't know who the female rapper is in the song, so don't ask lol. It's another rated FIYA track so check it out.

This is a track from Asian pop artist, who is hoping to conquer American pop, Adrienne Lau. She is signed to Global Village Records and is currently working on her debut CD with Mya, Petey Pablo, and others. This song is called "You're The One," and it features Petey Pablo. The beginning kind of reminds me of Teairra Mari's debut single "Make Her Feel Good." Its rated FIYA even though Adrienne's voice isn't all that great. Check for yourself!!
